To ensure shipping remains as affordable as possible, the following arrangements are in place. If you need your order sooner, an express shipping upgrade is available—simply select the option at checkout.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

Shipping Method: All transfer orders are sent as letters using stamps to keep costs low.

Standard Shipping: $9.00 AUD.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD will be upgraded to free parcel delivery with tracking.

Delivery Times: 3–6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Note: All orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For all other countries, customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Single Transfer Orders

Shipped as regular letters with stamps to maintain affordability. Only one set can fit per letter.

Delivery Times (USA, EU, CAN, UK, NZ, SG): 15+ business days.

2. Multiple Set Orders

Automatically upgraded to parcel shipping with tracking.

Delivery Times (USA, CAN, UK, NZ, SG): 6–9 business days.

Delivery Times (EU): 7–10 business days.
